Frank Bailey Speaks on Sarah Palin and His Upcoming Tell-All Book
Here is the first video interview of Frank Bailey, whose story is told in the book Blind Allegiance which hits the stands tomorrow.
Frank told the Associated Press:
‘In 2009 I had the sense if she made it to the White House and I had stayed silent, I could never forgive myself.’
To speak up when he saw things he didn’t agree with ‘went against all that investment of time and energy that I put into her,’ said Bailey.
He said he ‘shed his family,’ his wife and two kids, to singularly focus on Palin during her rise to the governor’s office and beyond.
When Palin burst onto the statewide political scene, she was seen as a ‘breath of fresh air’ amid the corruption that had seeped into Alaska politics.
He added: ‘We looked at her as … that queen on a horse that could come in and save the state.
‘As we started to see that that was not the case, I kept silent and I just kept on working.’
Ultimately Frank could no longer just keep working, and chose to end his silence. Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin – A Memoir of Our Tumultuous Years by Frank Bailey, Ken Morris and Jeanne Devon is available in bookstores tomorrow, May 24, 2011.
Read the Washington Post review of the book HERE. Steven Levingston calls the book an
“up-close peek into the mind and motives of a highly visible politician who still manages to cloak her essence. Bailey’s claims are hard to dismiss because they come not from a detractor but from a former “Palin-bot,” as the governor’s doting warriors were called, and because of the abundant insider e-mails.”
I hope you are all ready for the fake *bad* reviews that the bots will be generating on Amazon.
…or you could go write some nice ones if you read the book and liked what you saw! Just saying… 🙂 AKM
As a displaced Alaskan living in Texas I have a hard time wrapping the phenomenon of Sarah Palin and what she meant to Alaska around my head. I have decided to believe that other political choices in Alaska were as bad or worse than the elected Palin. There is a difference between intelligence and cunning, integrity and facade, truth and lies especially to the Alaskan. Alaskans to me have a special knack of separating bull**** from fact and an equal knack of not swallowing it. Just curious. 🙂
Just checked Amazon again and something is happening.
Now I see the following:
This portion of your order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled or changed.
Yay!!!
There is one five star review there.
Hey, Irish – Guess I’ll go check Amazon and see if my shipment is on its way, also, too.
Waaah – I’m jealous of those who ordered the Kindle version, but will be able to share my paper copy with friends. Don’t think there will be much housework or “work” done around her anytime soon. I’m about 3/4 of the way through “The Lies”, and will have a lot of “catch-up” to do!
Reading it now
OMG…..some of RAM’s private tweets have been made public! 🙂
“When author Joe McGinnis moved next door to Palin, prompting a protest by her, Mansour told her correspondent, a pro-Palin activist, “Time to find a way to go medieval on this McGinniss. Don’t be fooled by the light tone of the [Facebook] post. The BigBoss is so upset by this.”
In response to an unknown suggestion by the recipient of the messages, Mansour wrote “I was thinking more along the lines of mailing him a dead fish.”
But by far the most incendiary messages are about Palin’s daughter Bristol. Sent in the aftermath of Bristol announcing to Us Weekly she was planning to marry Levi Johnston, Mansour wrote, “I wish they were the Cleavers too. But it’s life.”
“Two words: Patti Davis. Okay three more: Ron Reagan Junior. Two more: Billy Carter. Doesn’t your family have one?” Mansour said.”

I’m listening for the Ker…THUD..thunk of RAM being thrown under the bus. She’ll find out just how painful it is, I guess. 🙁 Bet she saved all her emails, what a great book that will make, perhaps AKM & Co can help her out with writing it.. 🙂
Well, she has been outed as a liar so one can’t really believe anything she says. 🙂
Oh what a fun day!!
“When originally contacted by TheDC about the messages, Mansour lied and said none of them were from her. Mansour said she had already encountered the messages and accurately recalled the Twitter handle for their source.”
🙂
Wow…yep, she’ll soon be shown the bottom of the bus!
I wonder if she ever said anything nasty about the McCains….
I have seen a picture of RAM and I can say I’m prettier than she is. And Brian is by far, prettier than moi.
Where are you, attagirl?
I’m in socal and hoping for a midnight download.
Mine hasn’t even been shipped yet. Come on Amazon!
Just bought the electronic version on Kobo.
Sitting here waiting for my Kindle edition to arrive….feel like a kid waiting for Santa !
Greetings all – funny thing about that rapture, nobody here even knew it was supposed to happen and didn’t so I guess that it a new definition for a non-event. From reading all of the many comments here so far this book is already an event and the repercusions could be interesting as well. I won’t get to read it any time soon so I have enjoyed and appreciate some of the insights to it others have offered.
Many things to be discussed but I will avoid the controversial so as not to throw cold water on the justly deserved revelry. How will this book affect the quitter queens political aspirations? Well one would hope that the “independents” will be paying the most attention. If that is the case, and if the book is unambiguously a refutation of Palin’s phoney persona, then she will assuredly suffer a further decline in her prospects. Nothing will shake the conviction of her deluded minions but since Bailey is a co-religionist the book might go a long way to demonstrate once and for all that Palin is unfit for any office involving the public trust. I hope he calls her out on her professed religosity as I see that as her ultimate weakness.
As to Mr. Bailey himself, without knowing the full story in some detail he cannot be condemned for having been fooled – that is of course the reason con artists and grifters are generally successful once they have found the right hook and learnt to exploit it. And one of the reasons they continue to get away with it is that people are deeply embarassed to admit that they were taken in. I hope that Mr. Bailey is now finding it a little easier to live with himself. The quality of mercy is not strained…
Sometimes as well, the doing of a righteous act that involves some self-confession and self-examination can offset considerable questionable deeds. John Dean comes to mind. I guess we will see, I think there is yet another shoe to drop, perhaps many.
To clarify that obscure allusion, I am thinking of all of the “thousands” of hoarded emails that will not be appearing in this book. I like the way Palin used that word hoarded, she must have been thinking it would be alliterative or something because she obviously has no idea what it means. Short definition, to accumulate a treasure trove. It is also typical of the level of comprehension we are considering here that there is evidently no realisation that email is not like any conventional document. Neither incidentally are twitter or facebook. I happen to have tens of thousands of emails written to me and that I have written. They are all archived on CDs to save disk space but they are all there, dating back to before 1995. I kept them because they are my correspondence with others, just like I have kept all my written correspondence. There may be some issues concerning whether or not some of those emails can be made public but I would think they would be few and far between. The concept that those who administer a government of the people are entitled to be secretive about their actions is strange and contradictory. Particularly at the state or local level.
So I would hope, and urge if Mr. Bailey or his co-authors happen to read this, that all of these emails ultimately come to light, unredacted. People inadvertently “lose” valuable information all the time. Usually it is considered valuable because it can be mis-used for ill gotten gain. In this instance I think it would be of significant help to our struggling country. The more people realize how self centered the motives and actions of the right wind are, the sooner we can start to move in the right direction, out of the darkness of making one’s own reality and into the harsh but warming light of the one reality that actually exists and is the stage upon which the future will play out.
I am hopeful at least that this event will bring about an increase in the momentum of backlash against the rampant propaganda coming from the oligarchy. That is a modest hope.
I think it will also be telling, how the machine reacts to the reaction to this book. It seems to be getting a great deal more traction than I would have guessed it would originally because of the well established meme of hateful hating haters badmouthing the beautiful sarah. I sincerely hope that the spiral of silence does not take hold and quell the reverberations. To that I would say the great diversity and geographical distribution of Mudflatters should blow the horns loud and long. Write to your local newspaper, hound the MSM to cover this story. Most importantly perhaps notify your elected representatives at all levels. Just urge them to read it. If it is what I think it is, they will think twice about handlinig the quitter queen with kidd gloves.
Last of all to AKM, when my copy of this book finally gets here (end of June maybe), I will read it with relish and I hope will see clearly how your penchant for sticking to the factual evidence and your discipline in giving it an honest and unassailable context will shine through such that the phenomenon of the quitter queen melts like a wax model into a puddle of well deserved obscurity.
Can’t wait for my copy, but I blast off the crack of dawn in the morning, 24th, for the high country in the Wrangell Mountains. Won’t get my copy for a week or so. Via snail mail in McCarthy, but I did get my order in early. I’m not on line there either. So enjoy you all, I’ll be a delayed reaction.
The book got a shoutout on our evening news tonight! No mention of the “vindictive blogger” involved, but that “I couldn’t forgive myself if I stayed silent if she ever got to the White House” quote did. 🙂
Happy reading to all my fellow mudpups! I don’t comment as often as I did earlier, but I’m really good at lurking and reading 🙂 My kindle is ready and waiting for this book.
Kudos to you Jeanne/AKM for your role in getting this book written and published. I expect an excellent read and I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. #18 in Biographies at amazon.com now. Should be #1 by morning I’m thinking 🙂
See you all after I’ve read this book – although, I will probably drop in to see what you all think of it too.

Haven’t posted here in a LONG time. I still say, McCain can thank his lucky stars he lost the election. I wouldn’t put it past her to poison his food. Yes, I DO believe this family IS that vindictive to get to the top.
I am so excited to finally get to read this book. I had ordered the hardback version a while ago, but then I thought I’d prefer the Kindle version. So I just bought the Kindle version just now and it will be sent to my iPad ASAP tomorrow…extra support for AKM book sales, too.
My husband’s boss was over for dinner and saw the “Lies of Sarah Palin” book on my desk. I wasn’t sure about his politics, but as he walked by it, he said, “Jeez, I would have thought that would be a much thicker book.” We all laughed.
Just got back from a Safeway store here on the Kenai, and GUESS WHAT was on the shelf!!
Yes, AKM’s book – Blind Alligiance!
I bought a copy of it, because I cannot wait until midnight to start reading it on my iPad!
I’m off to read.
And Procrastinator Me finally ordered it and I won’t get it until the week-end.
It’s probably for the best, though, because I’m working on another daughter’s wedding dress. I was making one during the 2008 campaign (talk about deja vu) and couldn’t tear myself away from the Mudflats for more than an hour or so to complete the sewing and trim.
Happy reading, all you early birds!
Best wishes for a happy wedding and a long and happy marriage to your daughter. She is lucky to have a mother who can sew and wants to work on the wedding dress. What a gem you are!

I am on chapter three, and had to stop to make hubby supper.
The pictures are very interesting, too!
I can sew anything, but by hand. I bought a machine, and am determined to learn to use it and use it well. How lovely that you’re working on your daughter’s wedding dress. May she have a lovely wedding and marriage. She’s lucky to have you!
When i saw Palin getting a exorcisem on TV, also its all on the internet, I felt she was a nut case. The black Pastor is a witch hunter from Africa doing the exorcisem. She uses God to get people, her groopies to trust her. She can’t even take care of her family, and she wants to take care of our country. Be careful about voting for her if she decides to run in 2012. She is a manipulative mean.vintictive woman, and I noticed she’s looking old and ugly like her soul . She never would of gotten this far if she were a plain looking woman. Right?

Re: the past actions of Mr. Bailey while with Palin –
Our eyes open in their own time. We are all humans on a path and we are learning as we go. I have much in my past that is cringeworthy and would give anything to go back and change those things. But I cringe because I have learned better. And I go forward , doing better deeds and giving more of myself, taking stock as I go. Sometimes rising higher , and sometimes, not so much.
If this book is Mr. Bailey’s admission of a time of moral failings and an attempt to right some wrongs, then I say, “My best to you this new leg of your journey, my fellow human bean . ”
And now, let the book reviews and wild punditry begin ! Huzzah !!!
Well said Buffalogal, well said.
In light of today’s subject, I have a paraprosdokian for you Pups. If you aren’t aware.a paraprosdokian is a figure of speech in which the latter part of a sentence or phrase is surprising or unexpected. Such as “Where there’s a will,I want to be in it.” This one reminds me of someone -Light travels faster than sound, which is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak. One more-Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. My eldest sent this to me first thing this morning in an e-mail’
Sorry about the off-topic post.
Don’t apologize. It was a refreshing break from everything – particularly the tornado news from Joplin. You gave me a smile and I appreciated learning this. Thanks, Mike.
Those poor Americans just can’t get a break anywhere. Oh how I long for the Fema during Bill Clinton’s presidency. Rethuglicans can be nasty bastards and a bunch of Frosh, T-Baggers are proudly yakking about earmarks for their districts, except they have sly names for their bacon. I hope you didn’t lose any friends or relatives.
Thanks, Mike, for your concern, but no, I didn’t have any friends, relatives or even acquaintances in or near Joplin.
I heard that several GOP congress members and the Libertarian – particularly the Libertarian Ron Paul want to do away with FEMA and all federal and state help to disaster victims. I about choked last week when I heard Ron Paul say that.
Just like Gov. Big Hair Perry of Texas, they don’t want fed funds until there is a disaster in their district. First thing Perry did when the wildfires hit TX was to call on the feds. Big jerk. I guess, though the feds were a little more slow than usual, and left Perry hanging out there to choke on his own words.
Good news – the rescue units found 17 survivors in Joplin today. Whew.
Bad news – KC MO (thanks to the state GOP) will be losing their huge Rescue fully-contained rescue units next year due to budget cuts. They sent three units to Joplin. The KCMO fire and police departments really deployed big time to Joplin. Some state GOP people are really upset that state funds are being used. Too frigging bad, I say – people matter. Raise our taxes if you must, but put people first, right? (oops – sorry about the rant — the piece of news really touched a raw spot this afternoon).
Just used them on my grandson LOL
Mike – I have a friend in one of those hot dry states that will love this. I sent it to him, and can literally hear him laughing from here.
Thanks for this.
fishingmamma-I’m gonna post a couple more on the last open thread, where these should have been to begin with. Glad you liked them.
My friend like them, too. He added a few of his own:
I didn’t even know there was a word for these, but I know a few now that I got to thinking about it. One of my favorite is “if you took all the people who slept in church and layed them end to end, they’d be more comfortable.” Then there is “I know a lot about New York ; I spent a week there one day.” Or: “Do infants have as much fun in infancy as adults do in adultery?” . one of my favorite Dorothy Parker stories is about a female friend of hers who traveled to London for the summer and ended up pregnant. Dorothy’s wry comment when she heard about it was “well, I suppose she got pregnant sliding down a barrister.” Or another Winston Churchill that I like: “ America and England are two great countries separated by a common language.” How about “Nostalgia isn’t what it used to be.”
Or, to paraphrase Groucho Marx: “Outside of Sarah Palin, the Republican party doesn’t have many viable candidates; Inside of Sarah Palin, its too dark to read!”
Those are really funny, thanks a bunch.
I wonder if RAM just made up that Bailey approached her to write a book? The Politico article sounded like Crawford gave the statement and then RAM called them with some of her bs for good measure.
I’m sure Frank Bailey will be asked that by the media during his interviews. He’d also have no reason not to tell the truth. I find it highly suspect that we’re just hearing of this the day before the book comes out. Why didn’t RAM say something when the manuscript was making the rounds? Because it wasn’t true then and it’s not true now. We know she’d lie for her idol. In fact, there’s not much she wouldn’t do for her from the things we’ve seen. Palin is truly worried about this book because the emails are concrete proof. She knows it, although her ‘bots won’t believe a word that is in them.
Yep! Totally agree. You’d think SP would tell RAM to shut it as many times as she’s made things worse for her.
I can NOT see RAM turning down ANY opportunity to promote Palin in a positive light, especially at a time before she was actually working for Sarah. That makes no sense.
and c4peepee is bashing abc big time for giving Frank Bailey the time of day.
Sue you and i don’t have to feel bad about what Frank did or didn’t do. we are thousands of miles away from the people who are commenting on his behavior whilst he worked for Palin.
they are the ones who suffered from his actions. that they purchase this book is because they love and admire Jeanne Devon and the working community she has built here on Mudflats.
they are Mudpuppies and they have every right to express exactly how they feel.
they will buy this book and read it cover to cover because they are a part of everything Mudflats.
Bubbles, I was only saying there may be some redemption for him in revealing who Sarah Palin really is. I don’t appreciate being reprimanded for stating my opinion. I rarely even comment, and if expressing an opinion is going to get that kind of reaction, I probably won’t again. I too appreciate Jeanne and have read this blog since 2008, and I agree that everyone here has a right to express their opinion, I would hope that would include me. If this has become a private club please let me know.
hi sue and mz bubbles…
you two are some of the bestest mudpups around. some peeps like to talk a lot. some not so much. that’s how it is in family.
i love to hear slightly different takes on the goings-on and know that’s what you’re both trying to communicate.
hugs to both
Thanks, fawnskin mudpuppy, I needed that.
Sue, it is not a private club and feel free to express your opinion. Heaven knows….I’m from Ireland and I sometimes think what in the world am I doing on this and other Alaskan or Palin related blogs. But here I am. And I have never felt like an outsider.
I can appreciate both opinions, but would prefer to dwell on THE BOOK at this time.
(((((Sue and bubs)))))
Sue. i didn’t reprimand you for stating an opinion i thought we were on the same page and having a discussion. apparently i was wrong. as you say you rarely comment. that’s ok. but since you don’t have have regular conversations with us i can see where you might feel the way you do.
i stand by what i said. the people who commented earlier about their feelings are the people i thought you and i were trying to solace. if you decide to be insulted so be it.
i remember clearly the thinks Frank did. i was here when he accosted Gryphen. i was here when he did many of things he has been accused of. what i was saying that if not for Jeanne Devon we would not be supporting his book to the degree we have and will continue to do.
i hope you don’t go away. i hope you stay and have big fun. if you are friend of Fawnskin’s then you are my friend also. don’t misunderstand me. we are, you and me, sisters in the struggle
against hatred and hurt. stay here and let’s have a ball. i meant no harm to your heart and if did hurt your feeling. i apologize.
No need to apologize, I guess I am one that believes in redemption, and presumed since Jeanne was willing to work with Frank he must be truly sorry for past mistakes. I could be wrong, I just believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. I can and have forgiven people for doing some pretty nasty things to me, if they show remorse. To each his own I guess.
I don’t see his involvement with her administration as a mistake on his part or a flaw in his character. I think he really believed that what he was doing at the time was right, and found himself in a process of self-evaluation that lead him to write this book. He was probably the only one close to her that was capable of self-evaluation.
When she first came into state politics, I called a friend that had worked directly for her in Wasilla. My friend had worked for several governors, and I asked what her opinion was. She had nothing particularly alarming to say, so I thought SP would be OK. I changed my mind much later, when my opinion of her moved from “She is politically naive” to “She is evil”.
I may be assigning motive here, but I think that is similar to the process that Bailey has gone through, and the one that a lot of Alaskans have gone through in evaluating her as a leader. We simply got to know her better, and can see now that “the emporer has no clothes”.
fishingmama-
is my general take at this point too
we’ll see.
hugs Sue. i ask you for forgiveness and you promptly give it.
you are a beautiful one.
like you i have forgiven terrible hurts and i too forgave but Lord what a struggle!
sometimes the struggle is harder than the blow and it just takes time.
i think, in time, the people who suffered through the Palin regime will forgive her and the people who enabled her but it will take awhile perhaps and maybe this mea culpa from Mr Bailey will truly redeem him in the eyes of Alaskans and any others who were harmed by Palin.
tonight and tomorrow though is for you and me and all the Mudflats people. it is our time to raise our glasses in celebration….love bubs
I suspect that Frank began as a true believer but, when the shine wore off and the reality of Palin was revealed, he was stuck in a situation which was difficult to get out of. Anyone who has worked closely with her has no doubt quickly realized that crossing her will cost you dearly. For all its size, Alaska is a very small place and politics is an even smaller community where news spreads fast and sticks around for a long time.
Perhaps Frank eventually realized what kind of person he was working for but could not safely extricate himself without causing great personal damage that could haunt him for many years to come. We’ve all seen how a rumor or a poor decision can destroy a political career (unless you’re a high ranking Republican and can’t keep your zipper zipped…that, apparently, is permitted and even at times encouraged!) and, if you burn a bridge as powerful and vindictive as Palin, you can kiss your career good-bye.
I trust our dear AKM to choose her associates carefully so, if she sees the positive in Frank, I’ll trust that he truly is seeking redemption and will give him the benefit of the doubt. In any event, anyone who helps to bring the epic disaster that is the political career of Sarah Palin to an untimely end is deserving of my gratitude!!!
Frank accosted Gryphen????
This was another funny quote from the politico piece “The cover of the book tells this story, two completely different photos twisted and Photoshopped to create a fraudulent image” really, that is what they have. Like the pictures on the front of palins books weren’t retouched?
I’m with you, Mattie. She’s upset by a little photoshopping? What about the airbrushing her ‘book’ covers have received?
I told you the excuses were pathetic! 🙂
When ya got nothin’ else…
. . . . that’s when you plead insanity! 🙂
No! Emphatically: NO! The bots and $arah would never photoshop a picture — or do anything in any way — to “create a fraudulent image” for presentation to the public. N.e.v.e.r!
I do have to wonder, though… was she standing it in the middle of Kansas when that photo was taken of her with the mountains of Alaska off to her left and the White House off to her right? You know, that one where she’s gazing at the vista(s) in the banner photo on the seefourpee site? On second thought, maybe the genuine, unretouched, it-really-truly-happened photo was taken in El Paso. On the US side of the border, of course. beth.
Sarah Palin’s aides push back on new book

They are coming up with the most pathetic excuses. I bet she has a fire in her belly right about now! 🙂
Ohhh…that makes it different from PayMe Palin criticizing the new book. Riiight.
*smirks*
Let’s hope that fire in her belly continues to burn as it works its way through her alimentary canal. ALLL the way through!
yeah and gas too. also. i wouldn’t want to be upwind of Palin right about now. ROTFLMAO.
If Palin has gas,Bubbles,(no pun intended) you better hope to heaven you are up wind. You have had your earfuls and your eyesful, you don’t want the olfactory senses plugged,I hope. Did you find any kind of hat for Mag?
i will look for a hat like Mag described as i stroll around tomorrow. we have had nothing but rain or damp chilly weather. have not wished to window shop but tomorrow i go to the dentist so may see something along the way.
also too maybe i should have said down wind to the Palin tummy. LOL.
If Palin has gas,Bubbles,(no pun intended) you better hope to heaven you are up wind. You have had your earfuls and your eyesful, you don’t want the olfactory senses plugged,I hope. Did you find any kind of hat for Mag?
I can’t answer for Bubbles, Mike, but none of us in NY made the cut — we’re all left behind; even the staunch believers. Thus, there was no post-rapture looting of NY’s better stores. However, my hat collection is inspiring and large, and I’ll gladly part for one for Mag. What’s her size? Does she prefer summer or winter? Any particular color? Please advise.
that’s … part WITH one for Mag.
I’m not sure sizing Mag’s head would be a wise idea.but she asked specifically for a nice pink hat with flowers. Bubbles might have more specifics. This is one instance where I am tickled to death that you didn’t make the cut. The poor fools that sold or gave away all their belongings. I can’t feel too bad, some still believe the end is coming soon.
All they had to push back with were ethical complaints filed against Bailey while she was in office? Isn’t that why she Quit? Only, when the ethical complaints were filed against her, they were friviolous? And the photo on the front is photoshopped? Really? that’s all they got?
Oh, wait, they would have to read it to have more.
““Frank Bailey was the only member of the Palin administration to be found to have acted unethically – twice,” Crawford said.”
Ummmm, wasn’t there someone who was found guilty of ethics charges related to Troopergate??? And wasn’t there someone who had to pay back the state for lodging and transportation costs for family members? And wasn’t there some question about charging per diem while living at home? And wasn’t there some question about the legality of the PAC funds?
Hmmm, now, let me think who all those unethical actions might have involved…….
Considering the current state of our media, do you think we should write to the author of the Politico piece, Andrew Barr, and let him know just what Baily was found guilty of? We might also mention who else was found guilty?
That fire in the belly is really that awful sinking feeling you get when you’re sent to the principal’s office and, as bad as that will be, you know you’re really in for it when you get home! 😀
Politico wrote that Frank Bailey asked Rebecca Mansour to write the book
“Bailey approached now-Palin aide Rebecca Mansour about writing the book” I find that so hard to believe. And now Mansour is an Aide?
Hey folks lets don’t be too hard on Frank. I’m sure he’s not the only person who has done things he isn’t proud of to keep a job. I’m thankful that he has stepped up to expose this horrible woman for what she is. I’m not sure that Geoffrey Dunn or Joe McGinnis would be able to have the inside info that Frank has. I’m sure that he is going to take some flack from the Palinbots, and I wish him only the best. I’ve pre-ordered the book and anxiously await it’s arrival. Both Frank and Jeanne have taken a risk of retaliation, and deserve a lot of credit for doing so. JMHO.
We have all gone against our principals for a paycheck! I just left a job with a financial advisor who invests in private prisons, which I think are anti-Democratic. But it took me three years to leave!!
Also, Frank was a Believer and she is a charming Sociopath, so I don’t blame him.
Doing things he wasn’t proud of appears to have been his job. Working in the isolation of the great white north he probably expected that things that happen in the last frontier would stay there.

I see it a bit differently but agree.
The notion that one cannot redeem themselves is also unacceptable to me.
I have a lot of upset still over stunts whatzername pulled which affected real lives badly . I don’t hold out hope she will ever take responsibility but am hoping Mr Bailey is trying to for his own part.
We shall see.
Right you are Sue,Frank has the proof and thank God that we may not have to listen to palin thru a primary. At least I would hope not.
have i mentioned just how much i like that cover. a good representation of the palin we’ve all come to know.
I was just thinking the same thing. Those mean lips are a true reflection of her soul.
Those Palinbot trolls are like a nasty virus; they’re even here…
yes. yes they are. get ready for the stampede Karen. LOL.
#55 now! can hardly wait.
blind allegiance broke the top 100 in books on amazon.
it’s # 69 !
I just ordered my Kindle version for the iPad, so about 11:45 tonight I will get a ping!
Braggart!
I can’t wait for my doorbell to ring and the postman hands me THE BOOK. At this point, Palin is all charged up again and thinks she is a shoo in for Prez. now that all the other poor choices (but better than Scarah) have dropped out. We can only hope that at least a few of her supporters will read these books. I just finished “The Lies of Sarah” from Dunn; will have Bailey, Devon and Morris’s book this week, and will await McGinness’s book with great anticipation. When it’s all said and done, I might read Levi’s book. I may be a minority, but I feel sorry for this poor, not to bright boy who has been so badly used by the Palin Mafia Gang that can’t shoot straight, but still leave a lot of dead or dying psychs in their wake.
I feel sorry for Levi too.
I totally believe Frank Bailey. I was thinking someone in the group would have a conscience about
revealing the truth about Sarah. I thought it would be one of her kids, like “Mommie Dearest”- but gave up on that idea when Bristol took the stage. Thank you Mr. Bailey and I hope you can feel free and yes, you, did the right thing, in my opinion!
I hereby do bequeath Tuesday,May 24th,2011 to be forever hereafter titled Blind Allegiance Day in Alaska. To memorialize the victory of Good over Eeeeevil and to remember those supporters of a certain half-guv who were thrown under a certain bus so the tires wouldn’t get dirty. Party on,dudes and dudettes.
I put it in my calendar – thanks for the idea.
Oooohhh…will there be cake??? 🙂
What kind of cake would you like?
Well, in honor of our favorite blogger and her handsome and trusty mascot, perhaps it should be chocolate mousse cake!
Game on!!
Sometimes the truth hurts.
Hi Frank – I hope you read the comments here, cuz Mud Puppies are known for truth, humour and warmth!
As a fellow Christian – I commend you for telling the truth! I pray for God’s protection on you and your family as I’m sure you know the backlash from the Palin camp will be huge. Please don’t waiver from doing the right thing – this country and its citizens needs more voices to speak up and tell the truth about Sarah Palin.
Thank you for what you have done in writing this book – I pray that God would fill you with the Holy Spirit and give you the words to say at the right time. Know that you are loved, forgiven and have a fresh start in the LORD.
Best,
Fellow Christian-in-progress
Well Frank, I’m glad your not proud of some of your actions.
May you be able to move on after this. When things start to roll and you are moving on, hopefully you can use our time to really make a difference.
And thats about how nice ly I can put it. I’m still pissed at you. And maybe, just maybe after I read the book, I’ll be less pissed off at you.
Have a good day.
Where’s those emails? Aren’t they supposed to be released this week? Though I bet they will be so heavly redacted to be impossible to read any sense into them.
Sure they will be redacted but it is possible Frank’s treasure trove can shed some light on the redactions, or at least connect the dots.
May 31st is the date the judge insisted they be released. Some are betting the State will continue to try to delay until after 26 July 2011 due to some sort of “statute of limitations” affecting $arah Palin.
Whatever reason would Her Heinous need to run out a statute of limitations?
Hmm… 😉
I love “Her Heinous”…I really love it!
ditto
I ordered suppose to ship tomorrow. I just wish we could have them signed by you guys.
yeah I’m not too sure about Frank. I think he’s a decent person who probably does have regrets. But he showed ZERO signs of conscience during her term as Governor. ZERO. He and you are trying to capitalize on her name at a very telling time.
I think we’ll have to read the book before we decide about his conscience.
What telling time is that, BenG?
I don’t understand?
You mean now that her ratings are in the tank?
Or that several of the other Unqualified Republican Hopefuls have stepped down $arahPayMe thinks she may have a chance?
I still don’t suss out what you mean but I AM so looking forward to Frank’s book – I bet it is a hundred times more interesting than Geoffrey Dunn’s – but I’d settle for just as interesting, as well.
I can hardly wait till midnight when I get to open my kindle & oh! There it is!
By telling time you mean now when she has lost 18 points among republicans as opposed to during the 2008 campaign when McCain’s people were making sure the public rarely heard her unscripted ?
Ben, I think you were talking about Missy Quittyjeans, not Frank. The “telling time ” is now, we need to know as much as we can about the true Ex half Gov.
Maybe Frank just didn’t like the view from under the bus. Sarah stabbed him in the back long ago.
I can guarantee Sarah and her people read the book when it was first sent out. AK is tiny. The country is too. GUARANTEE IT.
Her use of the word “disloyal” indicates she may already have read parts of it. She couldn’t call him a “liar”, so she chose just disloyal.
Loyalty, however, implies a mutually beneficial arrangement…not one sided, which is the Palin way.
OMG, Missy Quittyjeans is going to be livid, and I like it. =) I am so glad Frank shared all this, it is good for American.
Buh bye Sarah, write when you find work. *waves*
*snorts coffee*
Da#n it! Issue spew alerts, please!

Easier to impress people you don’t know, CLB comments by the loser. Sounds like the Grifter Granny. Grandma’s probably po’d that Frank B didn’t notice her very tight abs.
I’m going to play Cassandra. You heard it here first!
Pain/(David) Duke in 2012.
AKA the Voldemort/LeStrange ticket
He has stated somewhere on the web that there have been Tea Party fans who have asked him to run. I can see it happening, and the very notion makes me break out in a cold sweat.
As a Potter fan, I’d say your description is spot on.
Except I should have reversed the names, darn it! But I’m glad you approve of my drift.
