And now for something completely different…
Today Senator Mark Begich (D) gave a speech on the floor of the Senate. He talked about the economy – the private sector, General Motors, optimism, and… “the other side.”

Senator Begich put himself out there.lets all hope he does not regret it beause the bots will be out in force sending death threats to his family and him among other things and ya know Ms palin will say something even if it is the wrong something like she said about the W leaks
Great! He said all the things I was thinking and he’s much more eloquent than I am. Good for him, hope someone on the other side listened.
Very nice, he comes across as intelligent, prepared, and a natural. Just hope folks are listening and we can keep him in office…
This is so much better than anything $arah has to say in her book, and yet so many comments are on that blog. How unfortunate. The senator has a brain and uses it to think and make others think. He is so much more of a good person than $arah will ever be. He is trying to work with others for the betterment of our country and our people.
Mark is a great speaker. I just sent link to Rachel, he’d make a great guest to talk about the economy and try and counter all the R BS from the MSM.
The GM saga is a great story and needs to get out there so everyone understands how GM has been turned around and is now on it way to being once again a premier American company employing American workers.
People also need to understand just how unfriendly R’s are to small business. I can’t believe that the R’s are getting away with the brainwashing of the American public over business issues. Sure wish we had more voices on the air to talk about the issues.

Mark Begich is astute and a good politician. He is exactly the right person to take Senator Ted Steven’s place. I think even Uncle Ted knew it (and wanted it).
Mark Begich will always get my vote. He is absolutely right on here. Obstructionism is not a solution it is a tantrum. Thank you Mark for taking a stand against the continuous noise that diminishes progress.
