Putting the goober in gubernatorial -Friday, January 28, 2022
Looking at adorable baby animals is proven to make you more productive, so if this little guy doesn’t have you licking stamps, or filling out annoying paperwork in record time, nothing will.
What are you waiting for? ย GO!!!
And through it all, the little giraffe smiles on. ๐
Yup! ๐
Thanks Moose Pucky!
Hope we get to see you this year here
Johnny: This year’s oil tax bill is even worse than last year’s bill. A bigger than ever giveaway to the oil companies with no strings and no guarantees to Alaskans. Will plunge the state into deficit spending. Who will pick up the tab for necessary services? We reach out to the Governor to make a bad bill better.
Democrats: No reduction without production.
One idea is to put the $2 billion into escrow and reward the oil companies when Alaska gets something for it.
We will not sell out Alaska to outside interests.
Beth: Democrats support teachers, jobs, weatherization, lower energy costs. Alaska needs is fair share of its resources. Governor’s new bill is still a giveaway. It fails.
Mr Ellis:
It not only fails , it puts multinationals ahead of Alaskans
And I didn’t get to fill out even one full line on SotS BINGO! Bummer.
๐
We three pups…paying attention. ๐
Here come Beth and Johnny.
Alaskans exercise our rights over our resources. For example, we want to dredge and fill all we want without the oversight of those pesky feds.
I had to go outside and stand in the snow on that one…
public service restraint and private enterprise boost….
the mantra of ALEC
open to new ideas but not old delays?
pfft!
Our state remains first in freedom…
(go MP! )
first, eh?
Alaska has so much freedom that government and industry don’t have to pay any attention whatsoever to people or public process.
Why should they, when the oil companies own the governor and the legislature?
Okay–live blog Parnell’s speech here. Boots on.
this one is so cute!
I’m beginning to wonder about the productivity thing though. I’m spending a lot of time mooning over these adorable babies anymore… ๐
Aww… Love baby animals!
