Wasilla Republican Threatens Bull With Kitchen Knife For Your Vote

“I grew up castrating hogs on an Iowa farm, so when I get to Washington, I’ll know how to cut pork,” that was Joni Ernst just months before she become Congresswoman Joni Ernst. America seems to like someone threatening to cut the balls off of livestock. The television ad, titled “Squeal” caused quite a bit of conversation, but that was an election seasons that had soon to be elected officials firing guns at tax code and printed versions of legislation… it wasn’t the worst ad of the 2014 political season.

I’m not sure if Alaska State Senate candidate Lynn Gattis was going for the Ernst-ian reference but if she was – she succeeded. In a mailing and Facebook post this week District 9 Representative Lynn Gattis posted a, well… I’m not sure I can call it anything other than ‘fantastic’ image of herself with a kitchen knife in front of some cattle. Which, I suppose would be weird enough if it wasn’t for the weird look on her face and the text underneath… “Yeah – I know where to cut…

Is it just me, or is this the most worrisome ellipses in Alaskan political history?

The back side of the ad isn’t really much better, stating “Lynn Gattis – knows her way around the barnyard.” She’s also going to finally be the politician that finds that ability to “cut waste” and “still protect seniors – and education – and public safety.” Here’s hoping it doesn’t have anything to do with Lynn Gattis’ kitchen knife – and here’s hoping that worried bull survived the photoshoot for Gattis’ ad.

Please stroll on over her Facebook page and check out the just PURE Alaskan political wonderfulness that is happening there. Everything from Casey Reynolds and Brad Keithley commenting on black and tans to people claiming that an NRA endorsement wasn’t enough.

No offense, Tim Mayne, but cattle prods work ever so much better from behind. I have never used one, but truckers use them judiciously to get cattle on their trucks. Many farmers and truckers use what look like plastic boat paddles instead of prods to move cattle.

From experience, I gotta say if she wants to neuter a bull, she has picked the wrong equipment. Her technique is probably wrong as well. Vets in the lower 48 rely on a strong assistant to hold the bull’s tail straight up and straight over it’s back or else the vet ends up as a three point field goal somewhere down the line. If the tail isn’t straight over the back, these bovines have zero sense of humor and are not shy, nay, eager to show off their kicking abilities.

Ivana Kuturnutzov (Ernst) was a former KGB agent and sadly was elected Senator from iowa,as Pancho rightly states. She got a late election 10 million bucks from the koch bros which pushed her over the top. She is a wholly owned subsidiary of koch enterprises, although withe her laugh she is no prize.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkeZioNOYhI

Joni Ernst, unfortunately, was elected as the Senator in Iowa, over Bruce Braley, a very good incumbent Democratic congressman who gave up his seat to run.

The campaign against him was and endless series of deceptive ads and outright lies. You could tell she really was a farm girl. You could smell the manure a mile away.

If you’ve heard her speak, she resembles a braying jackass.

Ernst was castrating hogs. I’m not aware that she’s done anything useful for the 18 months that she’s taken office.

Like Gattis, she can be found roaming the Tea Party feedlot.

Gattis has shoveled quite a bit of her own offal. She voted for SB21, an enormous, steaming pile of B.S., and has done nothing to dig us out of that

    Be prepared for the deluge.

That is the most apropos description of Ernst ever!

From her campaign bread bag drivel forward, her voice has been nothing but the same ole Palinesque dominionist crap that has gotten the Repubs mired in the muck they are in today.

However, she has learned to shell out some of her own major “pork” for decent wigs.
