This is a holy week for many. I like the years when Passover and Easter fall on the same week. For whatever reasons we gather together with family or our friends — who are the family we choose. I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter, Passover or whatever spring holiday you celebrate! We had a wonderful family Easter Sunday dinner (“dinner” in the Mid-western sense of the word…1:00 pm) and I took a few photographs to share with you all: This is my version of a caprese salad that I made for the dinner.
