By Linda Kellen Biegel I spent a lovely morning at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday, sizing and pricing some of the plants I will be putting in my garden this weekend. (No seeds this year, I’m planting too late.) In Anchorage, during the first part of the summer at the various markets they sell a wide variety of starts…vegetables, flowers, herbs. I was especially impressed with the already large organic tomatoes sold by a couple who didn’t recognize me, but we used to go on the same “woo-woo” camping trips together.
